We charge $250.00 to schedule an event. A deposit of $100
reserves the date(s) and locks in the
photo product prices.
We normally include rehearsal, the wedding and the reception in a scheduled wedding event.
Other events are handled on a case by case basis.
Additional mileage charges for travel to events occurring outside
a 35 mile distance from our Cortland Studio may be assessed.
We reserve the right to add other special fees if appropriate.
The booking fee is refundable provided a written cancellation
is received at least 4 calendar months prior to the event.
The prices on our rate sheet apply for in studio or on site
purchases made within 60 days after the event. On line orders may be made using the posted pricing.
Rates and fees are set upon the receipt of the paid reservation.
Individual prices may go down but will not be increased.
Wedding pictures can be copied onto a CD for $6.00 per photo plus a $15.00 per disk creation fee.
The photos on disk are
licensed for noncommercial use and may be reprinted as desired.
The photos on CD are normally in JPEG format as taken unless the photo
is also printed.
Computerized retouching of CD photos may be done at our commercial
rate of $42.00/hour.
Wedding Albums may be special ordered from Siberpop Photos,
however no album purchase is required and are not included in our standard package pricing.
Siberpop Photos retains copyright on all images. Licenses are
available but are not automatically included in any purchase
except as noted for noncommercial use wedding photos on disk. This includes reprinting, web page, and e-mail usage.
We occasionally set up our portable studio at public events such as fairs, races, and festivals.
If you sponsor an event and would like us to participate, please contact us.
Wedding packages are not required. The following combinations are offered
as an option to provide you with extra savings. The $250 event fee will be included
in the package price if it's paid in full before the wedding.
Our standard prices apply to additional items.
DELUXE PACKAGE
This generous package includes up to a 13 x 19 print, two 11 x 14 prints, and
forty 8.5 x 11 photo sheets with up to eighty poses. In addition you'll get a disk
with edited versions of your selected photos plus a complete set
of CD's of the photos taken at the wedding.

STANDARD PACKAGE
This package includes an 11 x 14 print plus thirty 8.5 x 11
photo sheets with up to sixty separate poses. Also included
is a disk with the edited versions of your selected pictures, plus

DO-IT-YOURSELF
Especially for those skilled in photo editing, we'll give you a collection
of CD's containing all the pictures we take at your event. Typically this
includes over 1000 pictures. No screening or editing is included.
Incredibly priced at just $1350. Prepay price $1100
All disks include a limited license for non-commercial reproduction.
Packages must be paid for prior to the wedding. Package pricing includes the
$200 booking fee listed in the base policy guide when package is paid in full before the wedding.
Wedding albums may be special ordered from Siberpop Photos. No album purchase
is required.
Listed prices do not include NY State Sales Tax.
